As a Business Development Salesperson, you will drive the expansion of our platform by targeting fitness boutiques, personal training studios, pilates and yoga centers, and other sports facilities. Your goal is to generate qualified leads, convert opportunities into contracts, and continuously grow and nurture your customer portfolio.
Research, acquire and retain new customers
Manage commercial negotiations in alignment with Management
Develop and expand the commercial network
Consolidate and manage the customer portfolio
Minimum 3 years of experience selling digital / IT services
Experience in the sports industry (studios, pilates etc) is a strong plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving attitude and goal-oriented approach
Native Italian, fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish knowledge is a strong plus
Master’s degree (preferred)
Highly motivated and self-driven
Ability to independently organize workload and objectives (necessary)
Ability to work effectively in a team
