🎯Your mission
We are looking for a Partner Success based in France (open to different locations) to work with our sports clubs in the region. In this position, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships between sports clubs and Playtomic.
This involves fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the racket sports industry and effectively communicating growth opportunities and strategies. If you are someone who has a tremendous amount of energy, curiosity and is persuasive… this is the role for you!

👩🏽‍💻 What you’ll be doing

Task and responsabilities:

  1. Create long-term relationships with our top partners through proactive and regular communication, supporting in everything they need and building engagement to our platform. This includes weekly and monthly business reviews and face-to face meetings.

  2. Improve operational performance of our partners making sure we always deliver the best service to our players while increasing Playtomic’s revenue

  3. Have a deep knowledge of our platform and be always up-to-date of the new releases our product team announces.

  4. Onboard new partners to our platform by providing them with all the information and tools they need to start working.

  5. Reduce partner churn by maintaining a very close relationship and being their preferred partner.

  6. Identify and analyze the needs of churned and inactive partners in order to build an action plan for reactivation

Customer-Centric Approach:

1. Engage actively with customers, collect feedback, and ensure responsiveness to customer needs (clubs and players).

2. Take a proactive approach to risk management by identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Communication and Reporting:

  1. Effectively convey the company's vision, mission, and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

  2. Report on region-specific perceptions, challenges, and opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making.

👥 Who you’ll be playing with
You will be part of a team of 2 people reporting directly to the France Country Manager.

🦄 Our Ideal "Player"

1. Experience: Minimun 3 years of experience working with clients, account Management, Customer Service, Sales or Customer Success roles.

2. Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey strategic direction and findings effectively.
French and English are a must.

3. Execution and Management: Ability to execute quickly, prioritise tasks, and ensure delivery of results while maintaining effective communication and dotted-line connections with customers.

4. Tools and Processes: Advanced knowledge of tools and processes relevant to the role, with the ability to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Industry Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the Padel industry including expected growth, trends, and competition.

6. Summer work schedule (July-August 7h/day Monday to Friday)

  5. Experience in Padel - Tennis Industry

  6. Location: France (Preferably located in the Lyon, Montpellier, or Marseille region)

  7. Flexibility to travel around the country
