🎯 Your mission

We're looking for a Events and Trade Fairs Specialist (part of our Spornoships team) to support and execute Playtomic's presence at trade fairs, partner events, and marketing activations across Europe and beyond. You'll be hands-on across the full event lifecycle — coordinating with internal teams, managing vendors, and ensuring every activation runs smoothly and on brand.

👩🏽‍💻 What you’ll be doing

  • Support and execute B2B trade fairs and brand events end-to-end: from logistics and space setup to on-site coordination and post-event reporting.

  • Track and manage event budgets, ensuring spend stays aligned with agreed priorities.

  • Collaborate with the Brand team on booth concepts, physical layouts, and production briefs for custom structures and event assets.

  • Coordinate external production agencies and vendors: support quoting processes, follow up on design iterations, and track delivery deadlines.

  • Handle logistics for all event materials — print collateral, merchandise, welcome packs, and on-site setup.

  • Support multi-channel event-marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Partner Growth teams.

  • Coordinate with key providers and occasional sponsors, ensuring smooth execution aligned with company goals.

  • Compile post-event reports and share data-driven insights to help improve future activations.


👥 Who you’ll be playing with

You will work closely with the Marketing team, Markets and Partner Success teams, and other key stakeholders within the company.


🦄 Our Ideal "Player"

  • 3+ years of experience in events and fairs (in sports industry or a related field is a big plus).

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Ability to travel for events and industry fairs.

  • Comfortable managing budgets and following up with external vendors.

  • Highly organized, hands-on and detail-oriented, with experience coordinating cross-functional projects.

  • Strong communication skills — both with internal teams and external partners.

  • Advanced in Google Suite.

🤓 Extra points

  • Experience with tools such as Notion, Braze (or other CRM platforms), and website builders.

  • Background in sports or entertainment marketing.

  • Experience supporting marketing plans and coordinating teams cross-functionally.
