At Playtomic, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This is a key role for a professional who is passionate about financial strategy and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll be a crucial part of our next phase of expansion, ensuring financial health and sustainable growth through meticulous analysis and strategic execution.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in our financial and inorganic strategy by working closely within our Finance team to help achieve our ambitious goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Strategy & Analysis: Actively participate in the development and execution of our financial inorganic strategy, with a focus on global expansion and M&A activities. You will play a key role in our growth strategy by analyzing potential acquisition opportunities and will support and analyze all our financing processes, including both debt and equity.

  • Business Planning & Analysis: Support the planning, development, and regular updates of the company’s business plan. Conduct business and financial analyses to guide strategic decision-making, assess growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Prepare and deliver monthly performance and progress reports for investors.

  • Financial Operations & Reporting: Support the team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Help ensure financial statements and business updates are accurate and delivered on time for both internal and external stakeholders, including investors.

  • Operational Efficiency: Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems to optimize efficiency and support our expanding global operations.

    Our Ideal "Player"

  • 1-2 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or a related field within a high-growth technology, SaaS, or digital company.

  • Experience or strong interest in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including due diligence and valuation.

  • Experience working with Financial Statements, Business Plans, reporting, analysis

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing workplace.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.

  • High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and an unwavering commitment to financial best practices.

  • Highly organized and proactive.
