🎯 Your mission

As a Copywriting & Brand Messaging Senior Specialist, you will ensure Playtomic’s global communications are brand-aligned, engaging, and data-driven.

Beyond writing, you will develop storytelling strategies, track messaging impact, and analyze insights to refine our tone of voice, glossary, and wording.


👩🏽‍💻 What you’ll be doing

Develop & Implement a Unified Communication Strategy

  • Own and implement Playtomic’s tone of voice, messaging guidelines, and brand communication standards across all touch points (B2B, B2C, Product & SaaS)
  • Align B2B (clubs) and B2C (players) messaging under one clear, structured brand narrative
  • Create and maintain a Brand Messaging Framework that teams can follow autonomously

Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Ensure Messaging Consistency

  • Work with Product & UX teams to improve in-app copy, microcopy, and onboarding flows for a seamless user experience
  • Partner with Growth & CRM teams to optimize campaign messaging and ensure alignment with our performance objectives (both in B2B and B2C)

Own Playtomic’s Translation & Localization Strategy

  • Manage the marketing part of our new translation agency, ensuring high-quality, culturally adapted content across all markets
  • Establish a quarterly review system to measure translation accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment

Data-Driven Communication Optimization

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking, run A/B test and market research to refine Playtomic’s positioning & messaging strategy


🦄 Our Ideal "Player"

  • 3-6 years of experience in copywriting, storytelling, brand messaging, or content strategy
  • Marketing mindset → Not just a writer, but a strategic thinker who understands branding, positioning, and audience segmentation
  • Experience implementing communication frameworks across marketing & product teams
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience writing for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Expertise in localization and working with translation agencies
  • Analytical skills: ability to measure content performance & messaging effectiveness
  • Passion for sports, community building, and digital brand experiences
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English (written & spoken)


🤓 Extra points

  • Based in Spain or willing to relocate (Madrid HQ preferred)
  • Experience working with tools like Braze, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Looker, or SQL

You will be part of the Brand, Design and Content team reporting to the Head of Brand, Design and Content
